| Re: Good tattoo parlour in Glasgow? Also, take drawings/printouts (no matter how shit u are at drawing) with you when u talk to the artists. In my (somewhat limited) experience, they dont like you coming in with nothing. |

I mean, you're going to have to look at the m for at least an hour, you'd think they'd make the effort. |

| Re: Good tattoo parlour in Glasgow? Hi Chris,
I would recommend Custom Inc in Glasgow. I went and Billy Hay did a tattoo for me and I'm also going to go back soon to get some other big work done. If you Google their Myspace Page and have a look on the artists individual pages then you'll see all their work.
Hope this helps =o) |

| Re: Good tattoo parlour in Glasgow? "The Cheaper The Better" whatever you get is going to be with you for the rest of your life, best not to go with the "Cheap" option, Kaya on Dumbarton road is probably one of the best studio's in Glasgow, the staff are really nice and don't look down on "newbies", don't expect to just walk in off the street though, you're talking at least a 4 week wait for an appointment but if you take a design in they will go through it with you and draw up exactly what you want and anything you are not happy with they will gladly put right before you get your tat. I probably sound like an advert, but i have a few tats myself and after one visit to Kaya my other tattoo's looked somewhat inferior to the previous work i had done, i am currently saving to have the rest of them redone to Kaya standard.
oh aye, and the last time i was in Kaya it was charged by the hour, £60.

| Re: Good tattoo parlour in Glasgow? Does anyone know any tattoo places that are good with folks with special needs ( don't start)? Working with a gentleman at the moment with learning difficulties who wants more work done but it kinda looks like whoever has been doing his tattoos previously has been having a wee bit of a laugh. |

| Re: Good tattoo parlour in Glasgow? Chameleon in Paisley is great...if you can get Matt or leon on their own. Leons done all my tats and matt does all my sister. For some reason they have a new girl and shes a pain in the butt!!!!! Shes really off-putting, its like she's guarding them from clients, even long-term ones like us. |
