you could but it would probably end up pretty large dur to trying to fit your existing tattoo into it as you would want the longest section of the heart to be covering your tattoo and then you would have to do the same on the other side or else i would imagine the design would look too heavy on one side.
it would all depend on the design.

hi who are u getting to do it?
and dont want to offend u but u say u have 4 tattoos none of which u are happy with.these pieces u want are going to be very large and noticable so take ur time in designing it and make sure that u are 100% happy with them.
I'm happy with two of my 4 tattooes, 3 of them were done at a studio near where I live and one was done in London and it's the two smallest ones which I've not been happy with (Both were done by the same artist at the local studio) It's my personal opinion that he is an amazing artists BUT his arrogant nature means that small, simple pieces, such as the 2 I have, are overlooked and rushed because they are not complex or difficult. I have chosen another studio even closer to where I live which I have gone into, spoken to the artist and seen ALL of the artists portfolios and all the pieces are very well done with excellent line work, he's also said that, because it's a large piece that I want I'm welcome to come and sit in on a chest piece he's currently doing to see the results in the flesh at each stage.
Please note I haven't given out the names of the studios, their locations or the names of any of the artists, the reason for this is that I refuse to give the studio a bad name, it is a well known studio and 99% of the people I know who have had work done there have been very happy with the results, but it is a new studio, the oldest artist is 26 and has only been tattooing for 5 years so I feel it's unfair to judge the work. The other tattoo I have had done there is lovely and I don't want it changed at all.

Hiya, it's been a while since I've been on here, but your thread grabbed my attention!
You seem to have been given all the relevent information on sites to find images for your tattoo, all I have to say is since it's to cover up a previous tattoo, think very carefully about what exactly it is you want done, take any of the images that fit your idea to the tattooist and explain to them about your idea on the tattoo and that it's a cover-up while showing them the copies of the images you have, they will probably ask to see the current tattoo and tell you if it's possible with the way you want it or suggest alternatives that will work....worst case senario is that they will not be able to do it due to the current tattoo!!
In this short brutal life, you gotta seize any opportunity you can to celebrate!
