Although it's recommended you only go up 1mm at a time and only do so every 4 weeks or so some people's ears are just stretchier than others.
I went up to 4mm 1mm at a time no bother then from 4 -5 and 5 - 6 i noticed they were taking longer and longer to stop being sore afterwards 9 at last stretch 2 weeks later they were still all manky and dischargey) , so I've started going up in 1/2 mm increments using plumbing tape.
I'm the same though Vonnie, was a pain trying to find 7mm claws, so I'm going to wrap a layer of plumbing tape round my black 6mm plugs like John recommended cos that's exactly 1/2 a mm and see how that goes. |

| Re: Stretching FAQ i'm at 8mm in one ear and 6 in the other, mainly cos one of my ears seems to be stretchier than the other and it decided it just wasnt going to go. i'll just leave it a couple more weeks and try again. the one that did stretch, stretched fine going 2mm, but only you can tell what your body will do. |

| Re: Stretching FAQ oh aye, you can also get "fillers" for ears that wont go down again by kaos, if your work did have a problem with your massive ear holes i spose it'd be a bit of a compromise too. they dont look awful, obviously you can still tell they're there, but they look not bad. |

i agree, little at the start ..once you get above 10mm, i found you can go bigger , but each persons body is different , so go with what is best for you... |

| Re: Stretching FAQ I got a tear at 3.2mm, so I'm being ultra careful with how often and how much I stretch so aye, worked better for me
I think I'm going to stick at 8mm though. |
