Amazingly, despite not a peep from o2, I came home to find a DHL could not deliver slip.

Raced to Bellshill depot, and it was indeed my 3G iPhone. WTF, but yay!

Exact same thing happened to my mate Liam. He got an email at 1am though.

I really, really hope this didn't happen to everyone, otherwise there's going to be folk with two.

Aye, bloody lucky I didn't bother getting up at 8am to get one this morning.

Did you have any issues activating at all? I heard that Apple's server went down earlier.

None at all, although I suspect that's because I got mine so late. Got home at half six and raced to the depot so didn't start the activation till about 7pm, probably well after anyone else.

Apparently the iPhone 2.0 software for the original iPhone's been causing trouble too because of server pressure and people are panicking thinking teir phone has been bricked.
