[Tech] Copying a photo DVD

My dad has got a DVD with a slide show of pics on it. Was a kinda tribute DVD for a friend of his that died, that someone made up.

He's been given the disc and wants to make a copy of it and has asked me to help.....and well, I don't have a fucking clue.

Anyone know how it's done?

Yeah great way would be to make and ISO file of the dvd, Dvd decrypter is great for that. Pop in DVD and choose Mode, ISO and read then click on burn to HDD.
Then use it again to write onto DVD. Nero may also let you do this as well.
You can also keep the iso on the HDD and burn a copy for anyone else in the future.

Easiest ways are probably copy disc using Nero (if you have it and the disc is not cop protected) or DVD shrink, which also has the bonus of being freeware.

I had a bash later on (was in a hurry) at copying the files from the DVD to hard drive then used Windows DVD Maker to just burn them to a new disc and it worked, the autoplay and everything

I'll bear this in mind though coz it'll no be that easy for every disc lmao.
