| DVD-R Help
When I bought my computer earlier this year one of the plus points was the feature of a DVD writer. Sadly, I've never got around to using said piece of hardware until recently. I've now managed to get into my possession several DVD-R's and I'm wanting to backup a few important files of various nature (photos, media files [including .avi's etc] and other bits and pieces.) I'm not interested in them actually being able to 'play' on a DVD player, I just want the added peace of mind that a backup will bring until I can get my hands on a portable hardrive. So, my question is, are there any decent legit free downloadable programs that will help me do such a thing without blowing my mind with techno jargon? If not, what should I be looking to buy/do.
