playing dvd on laptop

trying to have an exciting saturday night watching black books on my laptop AS YOU DO and its refusing to work

it keeps coming up
"your display environment does not support protected content playback"

and its doing it wiht discs ive watched before so ive no idea what the problem it.

i use some 'intervideo windvd for toshiba' thing as it i the onyl thing that came with the lappy and i cant really be arsed wonloading something else, as im terrible at that kind of thing.

any help appreciated as it is upsetting me greatly.

i realise this isnt a veryarticulate description so let me know if any other info would be useful

It really would be easier to download something else. I say VideoLan, as it should come with everything you need. If you're too lazy to do that then you don't deserve to watch

i legit cant do anything tried to download it but it wont display any of the download pages that you click next to the flags?
