My sis keeps getting a warning that the malware 'win32 trojan' is infecting her laptop. She's ran several virus checks and boot scanned her computer but the warning is still there and that's as far as my knowledge goes in that area. Any ideas how to get rid of the stubborn little bugger?

What program is reporting the virus? If norton specify type of norton (norton corporate, norton antivirus, etc) - the symptoms sound similar to old versions of norton corporate that people used to install because it didn't check for a license file (and is now a big security hole)
What file is infected? Is it the same file every time, is it a different randomly named file?
How about a HijackThis log for starters, see what's running on the machine at least.
