Ipod shuffle help.

So I went and bought a new charger for my shuffle, second generation but it's not picking up in device manager, can't find a driver online.

It's not been on for a while, nearly 4 month, so i'm hoping because it's not been charged, its not completely dead.
I have the latest version of itunes, and checked both USB connections are working with my camera.

Help?

Sometimes my Nano does this if I haven't used it in a couple of months.

Best thing to do is leave it plugged in for an hour and see if it does pick up. Otherwise either the shuffle is dead, or the charger cable is rubbish.
