| Dollhouse - New Joss Whedon Series Quote:
Joss Whedon, creator of sci-fi fan favourites Buffy and Firefly, is to return to television with a new series.
Dollhouse, a Fox series starring Eliza Dushku (who played Faith in Buffy), follows a group of mind-wiped individuals kept in a child-like state until they are programmed to carry specific assignments. After each mission - which might be physical, romantic or even criminal - the subjects have their memory wiped clean and sent back to a high-tech lab, dubbed the Dollhouse.
The upcoming show, which sounds like a cross between Dark Angel and The Island, follows Dushku's character (Echo) as she begins to develop memory and self-awareness across a succession of wipes.

Also sounds like it's got a touch of Joe90 in the basic story...
As long as it retains the same dry humour thats been in all his stuff so far, this should be good.
Al

| Re: Dollhouse - New Joss Whedon Series The first episode is now, well no longer the first episode it shall be the second. So i guess the trailer that has been up for dollhouse will be a treailer for ep two. Joss and co have written and shot a brand new first episode. Fortunately this is not a network decision like fox's insistence on changing the first episode of firefly but joss's. http://www.tv.com/video/14210/series...=video;title;2
Tahmoh Penikett
For the life of me i cannot find the trailer with Amy Acker (Dr. Saunders) in it. Im sure i saw it...unless im imagining things.

Fridays is where Fox scheduled Whedon’s “Firefly,” which was extinguished after half of one low-rated season.
The "Dollhouse" premiere date is Friday the 13th.
Also moving to Fridays is Fox’s “Terminator,” whose ratings have plummeted since last season. “Terminator” gets the 8 p.m. slot; “Dollhouse” gets 9 p.m.
Sci-fi shows cancelled in Fox’s Friday Death Slot:
The Adventures of Brisco County Jr. (1993)
MANTIS (1994)
Strange Luck (1995)
VR.5 (1995)
Sliders (1996)
Millennium (1996)
The Visitor (1997)
Harsh Realm (1999)
Freakylinks (2000)
Dark Angel (2000)
The Lone Gunmen (2001)
John Doe (2003)
Firefly (2003) | Oh well, at least there is a new one minute trailer: |

| Re: Dollhouse - New Joss Whedon Series I'm trying not to get my hopes up for this, as we all know it'll be cancelled if it doesn't do as well as Buffy after 16 episodes. I say trying..
