In the flashback scenes the kid was awright, in the factory scenes the kid was pure covered in eye makeup...caked on like a bad cartoon makeup applicator doohickey.

Still cutesy but.

The Cybershades could have been great - but IMHo they were shite in the end.
If they went down the biomech route that seems so obvious for Cybermen, it could have been damn scary.

The Doctor/Doctor story was far better than last years, but for an ep where I expect nothing but fluff the Cybermen with their Transformer/TX Cyberking seemed a bit dull and just seemed to get in the way of a potentially better plot. Last yeas was dreadful but 'big'. It's as if they thought they couldn't top that and toned down a bit.

The Cybershades looked better in their very brief appearance in the preview, but when I got a look at them after the titles rolled they looked just like the bog standard dog costume my primary school used for their Christmas plays. Which is a bit shit.

And as small a moment as it was - I did like the previous nine Doctors flashback.

I liked it. The ending was cheesy as fuck (everybody clapping to the Doctor) but hey, I liked that.

Oooooh the Cybermen vs. their 'old' enemy the Doctor that they hate so much that they compiled all their info on him and his previous incarnations into a cybertorch. Fair enough apart from chronologically speaking the current batch of cybermen have been about for 3 years, come from another dimension, spent a few days in ours, got chucked into the void and have only ever dealt with Tennant. Failure.
