What? We spent £3m on Donati and Gravesen, £4m on Brown, £3.4m on JVoH. Could easily just have spent £6m on one player instead.

The reason why we can't go out and buy in one or two top-class players for £4-6m is because he's bringing in sub-par squad players ie. Killen, Pressley, Caldwell who're all taking up the wage budget without actually turning in the good performances that players need every week at an Old Firm team that's expected to win every week.

McCoy talks sense, hunners of it, in big black bin bags.

The reason we aren't signing £6m players isn't because we've picked up some freebies to bolster the squad. Mind you, it was Strachan that introduced the Bosman rule to Celtic, about 5 years behind every other club in Europe.

Tommy G was a bit mental, school boy fitbaw but skeplt their arses each and every time. Maybe we should retain him and only play him against the forces of doom?
