| Cargo Ship/Freighter Travel Anyone ever travelled by cargo boat before, if so how was your experience?
I am thinking of travelling to Central/South America this summer, anyone interested?

There's that whole thing about being in International Waters with a couple of hundred burly sailors that's just a bit too risky to be nice gay fantasy.

Ermm, there's a good wee "timetable" book with a list of the companies sailing most routes, some sound better than others & I remember a German line suiting me for what I wanted.
I am incredibly jealous if you get around to it, cos I haven't yet. |
