If I'm going to a BIG night out in Edinburgh, ie a gig with an aftershow or something where i know I'll be on a crazy bender and want to stay till 3 I generally Youth Hostel it. It's only 12 quid a night.
Not sure how much the hostel in Glasgow is, but it's in the city centre right next to the Classic Grand pretty much. Might be worth looking into / booking so you can saunter back hungover at your leisure next day after getting a proper nights sleep.
