I touched down in Dubai in January on the way to India, then on the way back home, I stayed for a couple of days in February, before flying back to Glesga.. What a place! You'll love it (assuming your aversion to "hot places" has died down!) Just pick what month you go, wisely.

I wasn't particuarly wanting to broadcast where Im going next, but fuck it, don't suppose there's any harm in a wee update..

I'm going to Brasil and Cuba next (yes, I am somewhat gutted I didn't get there before big Fidel stepped down, but I'll still get there before it's pure destoyed by Capitalism!), then depending how funds go, etc...I'd like to do a bit more exploring in South America..got a couple of mates who have been before, and have got a few "Must-see's" for me, which I'm really looking forward to..

There is also a hefty chance I'm going back East in a few months time. China will be expensive because of the Games this year, but I've been invited over for a few weeks, and if I definately go - a few of us already pre-agreed, a couple of months ago, we'd definately go round Thailand, Cambodia, Vietnam, then maybe down in to Indonesia (hence, ya copycat bastard shocker ) - then, if possible - Nepal and Tibet...in which case, I could go back to visit some amazing folks I hooked up with in India - but I really don't intend to go back there untill next year - Which let's me save up again, and what not..

I'm all about the big long-haul culture shocks these days (well, I always was - but getting to really immerse myself in them now!! And I can't reccomend highly enough) - Jenni, just fucking DAE IT, ya big feirty - I'm hawf the size of you and I survived!

My lovely pal is also moving to Paris, around the same time I'm going to be in Brasil, and has asked me over to stay for a bit, after I get back, which'll be cool - but, as lovely as Paris is, I feel I've done it to death a bit...
However, considering I only really need to get my flights, I'll certainly try go over for at least a couple of weeks anyway (Y) Be nice to stay there, in a proper appartment this time

I was meant to go on a conservation thing, saving baby turtles in Mexico (ahaha) soon, but it interferes with my other up-coming travel plans, so it's looking highly unlikely now!

I can't wait to get back to Prague and munch some pocket pitta Gyro's as well, they are the tastiest fucking things ever. I think I had 6 on my last night.

When I went camping round that part last year (Llandudno, Colwyn Bay, Bangor type area) it was the best holiday ever. I had more fun there in three days than I did in six weeks in Australia.

I was on many, many, many different types of pill tho'. Fear and Loathing in Llanferfeichan.

This year I shall be holidaying in.... Greenock
