If you get good weather it's amazing. You are near Aviemore and the Cairngorms, the site has it's own little shop/mountain bike hire and the Loch has an artificial beach! |

| Re: Camping in Scotland? If you ever go camping further north, you should try sligihan campsite on the Isle of Skye, the whole island is gorge but thats a great campsite!!
It has a pub/kids playground across from it and it has a bunkerhouse etc |

| Re: Camping in Scotland? Can I ask a question, are you allowed to set up camp anywhere or are there restrictions? jsut curious, its something I've always wondered. Like if someone went a drive up the Campsies could you set your tent up wherever you fancies, for example. |
