Best I could come up with was BA, £459 for adults, £443 for kids.. thats just for flights..

escalade is really really nice. seven seats but a very small boot behind the third row, unless you get the escalade ESV, but i dunno if anyone hires them. the lincoln navigator is nice too, worth considering. haggle lots at the counter, they're very accommodating.
