Due to fly out to Toronto next week which now looks unlikely Paid with my Visa Debit card which I know was stupid but I am trying to claim the money back from my bank. I understand that if you pay by credit card, then both the company and bank are jointly liable under section 75 of the Consumer Credit Act. I made the payment using my overdraft which is a credit agreement with the bank. Am I covered by the CCA?
