any help on this would be much appreciated

I was starting to worry as just about every hotel in the city seems to be sold out for the game.
Cheers, that's one I owe you

Eh Kiwi's and the Lava Lounge are pretty good night clubs. Kiwi's is just fucking mental. The Prince Of Wales is a pub just near the train station. Its minted on a Monday with the Monday club. £1 a pint! Its pretty cheap anytime really.
And see if you go down beside the harbour, its amazing down there, just had a whole uplift in the last few years and its great to stoat about there, has good pubs and places to eat. Bute Park's no bad for a wee walk round either.
Avoid a pub called Dempseys. At all costs.

| Re: Cardiff Cardiff’s braw.
The airport’s fucking miles from the city, so if you’re on a tight budget you’ll be needing to use buses to get into and out of town.
If you’re looking for rock clubs, you’re on to Barfly or Metro’s. Barfly’s more indie, Metro’s is your Cathouse/Classic equivalent. The Welsh Club (Clwb Ifor Bach) is brilliant, but unlikely to be very ‘rock’ on a weekend.
