| Re: Papier Mâchè What you really wanna do is make your master suit of armour / space rocket / racing car or whatever out of cereal boxes, ping pong balls and glue - Then lay up a silicone mould over the top of it.
Once that's dry, you pour a stabilising mould made from plaster of paris over that, so it holds it's shape.
Put your respirator on, and mix up an epoxy resin gelcoat - This gives you a smooth outer layer.
Then start alternating rows of fibreglass strips, matted down with more resin.
Let this cure for a few days then pop the mould and start sanding down the surface with wet/dry paper.
After each bout of sanding, lay a spray coat of paint primer down - Imperfections and air bubbles will show up here, and need to be filled with epoxy putty ( Or a mix of superglue and baking soda for the really wee ones ).
Once the primer is smooth, it's time to start the full paint job - Remembering to give it at least a day between coats.
Viola!
One suit of racing rocket armour! |

If you want the cash from this, you have to put in the hours!
If you're worried about the boys getting throat infections from the fibreglass, DON'T!
I'll give them a wet scarf or something.
End of the day, I got people lined up to buy these car kits and if we don't make quota...
Well, that's not going to happen, now. Is it?
IS IT?! |

That is fucking creepy. The more I look at it the more I don't want to...
The worst of it is... Although I know and can see that there's no cock there - There's still a cock there!
Like some sort of phantom wang!
I am scared, and will not sleep tonight. |
