| Anyone got any hookups for cheap clip frames? I have some original storyboards from Alien Resurrection I know, I know... Shut it., and some prints of sketches by James Cameron for Aliens.
They're all A4 size.
I also have some Star Wars art prints, about A3 in size.
In the mail is a canvas 1:1 replica of the map from Time Bandits - It's about 50cm X 90cm.
Does anyone know of somewhere I can pick up reasonably priced frames for such items, that aren't made of the thin glass that cracks when you so much as look at it, ála the Poundland frames?
Clipframes are fine - Although I'd consider something sturdier for the map, if the price was right.
Cheers! |

| Re: Anyone got any hookups for cheap clip frames? Last few times I've got them it's been from Jessops, and they've always been marked "half price" although they've not been all that cheap even so. But if you're passing you could look.

| Re: Anyone got any hookups for cheap clip frames? The art shop next to Jessops on S'hall street used to do them really cheap. A4 for around 80odd pence.
Dunno if they still do

| Re: Anyone got any hookups for cheap clip frames? ^ I know y'deleted it, but I caught it in my email notification, DiamondAFC.
Fastframes was one site I was looking at earlier... Not BAD - But the delivery's a bugger.
£6 odd for a pair of 40X50 clipframes, but £13 delivery charge for any order under £100!
Will check S/Hall street, cheers. |

| Re: Anyone got any hookups for cheap clip frames? NEVER buy frames from Ikea. They fall apart as soon as you hang them and arn't sturdy at all.
Depending on how much the things are work to you, it can be worthwhile getting them professionally framed and it generally looks shit hot. I love my properly framed LOTR posters. |

| Re: Anyone got any hookups for cheap clip frames? matalan. i bought shitloads of the photoszied ones when i worked there and im sure the wee ones are packs of three for 2 quid. so the bigger ones should be reasonable priced too. what with everything in matalan being cheap.
