Looks nice, but the gallery and comic pages (with all the thumbnails) seem to be a bit slow to load (about 20 seconds, over 8Mbps braodband). I don't think it's anything to do with the page design, more likely the server.

yeah they do seem a little slow. Those thumbnails are quite big(12k avg) for such a small image

Heh. Hold down Ctrl-Shift-R (or Command-Shift-R on the Mac) to force a reload and you should see for yourself.

This is in Firefox btw, it faster in Safari for some reason. I think maybe because Safari makes more simultaneous connections when downloading.

Id suggest converting them to gifs. Will reduce the file sizes by about 90%

With there being 32 of them on there the browser needs to load around 380k
