[Film Making] Horror Short Film Challenge 2006

whilst this certainly isn't my entry to the challenge, it is an approximation of what i'd do (imagine it being properly acted and lit, with proper sets etc.)

A 2 minute version of Frankenstein using no money, no actors and, some would say, no talent.
Primarily I'm a director, and please note that the original footage was in true widescreen, it's just that video hosting site has squashed it to fit the square frame.

i'd also caution anyone making videos against overloading your videos with special effects and music.

as an example see this duff scene wherein a doctor provides a corset to an overweight patient. and that's the scene. i attempted to salvage this inane scene by dressing the video with video effects, and a constant soundtrack, in an attempt to hold whatever interest the viewer had in the piece.

it doesn't work. a bad scene will be a bad scene wheather $150million had been spent on it, or 5 cents!
