where I can find short courses that teach lithography or etchings? I don't mind even going to edinburgh or whatnot for it. I'm at a bit of a loss as my college won't help me out at all as the guy that normally does it has left

Does Glasgow Print Studio run classes in printmaking?
Yes. We run regular classes in Screenprinting, Etching, Lithography and Relief Printing and occasional classes in other printmaking techniques such as mezzotint or toray intaglio. No experience of printmaking is neccessary.

Printmaking Classes

Regular classes are held in many printmaking disciplines. Specific workshops, classes, lectures and demonstrations for arts groups, students, school etc., or advanced printmaking classes can be arranged on request. that's actually pretty cheap tbh compared to some of the prices i've heard

thinking I might give them a ring when my loan payment's in and try book up for one of the etching courses, I was kinda hoping to arse about with etchings and maybe add a few pieces to my folio before the art school interviews come up
