| Re: Handmade jewellery at ThisCharmingGirl.com I don't wear Jewellery, and to be honest I dont think I would.
Guys don't really have an extensive collection like girls do, that's why burds lap your stuff up. It's cheap, so you can buy lots.
I'd rather have 2 or 3 bits of really expensive stuff.

I replaced the necklaces you claimed had broken in good faith, at no cost to you, and apologised. You said you were happy at the time.
I don't mind customers posting honest opinions of their experiences from buying from me (and I gladly encourage it), but repeatedly making comments about a "not very nice experience" when it was resolved ages ago is completely unneccessary and I'd rather not have that kind of customer to be honest.
Oh, and regarding your message left in my guestbook (which I will be deleting later, as it is factually incorrect) -
First of all, I explained why I hadn't replied to your PM at the time - my PC crashed at the time of sending my reply, hence why you didn't get it. I sent you a replacement for your necklaces two days later which was Tuesday 3 April (I have the certificate of postage, if you'd like to see it?), you waited until the 19th of April to say "never did get anything from you but my post is pants" - I responded by asking if you'd like to see the certificate of postage and you said "no its allright just thought id let you know" and left it at that. If your replacements hadn't turned up over 2 weeks later, why didn't you contact me sooner, since you were obviously that upset with my service? I know the Royal Mail aren't the most reliable of delivery services but I really don't buy your story of your replacements never arriving.

| Re: Handmade jewellery at ThisCharmingGirl.com Not emailing me to let me know my stuff is sent isnt exactly good service, i had to pester you a few times to actually get a reply as well. Also saying i "claim" its broken is just plain rude. For me there wasnt a resolution, having to PM you to more than once to get a reply to be fobbed off then PM you again to actually find out if you were going to send anything isnt great either. I am happy that you offered to replace them but having to do what felt like badgering you to get that isnt my idea of good service regardless.
I actually did PM you before the two weeks was up to ask if you sent me anything, wether you got it or not isnt the issue. Regardless of wether your PC crashed or not i PM'd you and you didnt even follow up the complaint to see what was happening again not very good service as you said yourself you "assumed" everything had been sorted

I don't think so. You PMd me twice, the first was the one I sent a reply which you didn't get then you sent another, which I replied to. I sorted everything out, I sent you a replacement for Young Hearts Run Free, along with that freebie necklace I let you choose as an apology, remember? Quote:
if the freebie offer is still open id happily take the yellow flower
thanks for the decent service i appreciate it
| Yellow Flower was sold out at the time so you chose Summer Leaf instead.
You did not contact me at all during that two weeks before the 19th, I told you I would be sending out replacements asap so you would know they would be sent in the next few days - I'm sorry, but I do not have the time to email everybody individually to let them know when orders have been posted with the volume of orders I have to deal with.
I did everything right here, I didn't even ask for proof that your necklaces had broken, I replaced them in good faith and gave you another necklace as an apology. Do you think if you walked into a shop and said "oh the TV I bought last week has broken, can I have a replacement?" without actually taking it back to the shop would warrant a replacement? I don't think so.
Evidently, you can't please everybody, so I'm leaving it at that with you because I've stated all the facts and you're obviously just out to badmouth my business for whatever unjustified reasons you may have.

And all communication with Jackie has been superb. | Yep. I've ordered a few things now, wear them loads and they're still in perfect condition, they all arrive quickly and like Jaemi said, any communication I've had with Jackie has been excellent. |
