Patricia Piccinini

I've only recently been made aware of this woman's work. Some of it is pretty unsettling, but I have to say, I do like it.

She explores themes of recreation, nature and genetics, with some fairly grotesque but stunning results.

Wow, that's ... reaaaly strange.

I can't really decide if I like it or not. I think I will google it and look some more Has these sculptures been used for anything? They look like something that could be used as models for a video game or a movie.
