Presumably you had to hollow out a baby in order to create the mould. Seems like a waste of a baby to me.

Cheers for the comments, i feel front on theres too much canvas showing, even tho i have treated it to make it look grimey(ish)
the heads themselves where made from expanding foam in latex molds, as the molds lost elasticity it made the heads deform more along with the random air pockets. the main draw back was the lengh of time it took each head to dry (around 3 days) plus having to make multiple moulds. all in all the thing has taken around 6 months to make thus far.
