I really enjoyed doing my course at North Glasgow College and i made some kick-ass hats and fascinators! I think if you pay for the course it's about £140 a term (12 weeks) but if you are eligible for the ILA it'll more than cover it. You will need to pay for materials but the college gets mahoosive discounts on stuff!

| Re: Hats and/or fascinators Right - I thought about putting this in 'Dresses' but as it's the one I'm hoping to get a fascinator for, I figured I'd put it here (apologies for camera phone quality). I'm a bit afraid of it as it's the most colourful dress I own, and with the sequins and all the colours I'm thinking something a bit more subtle for my head?? Comments or suggestions? |

| Re: Hats and/or fascinators Dawn's are killer. For anyone else interested, you could also try TwistedStarz Designs (based in Glasgow) or Queen Bea (based in Edinburgh). Both make lovely cocktail hats that can be customised to your prefs and are very reasonably priced. For more elaborate numbers, there's Joyce Patton who also makes bespoke corsets and accessories.
Go trusty google.
