Bread and cheese...bread and cheese!
Oh Skellingtons, oh skellingtons in my mind all floaty and like 3 1/2" floppies.
But theyre not because they are made of skellington bones.
Big skellingtons and little skellingtons, all standing,
all jiggling,
their wee bones go "clatter clitter tinkle poop!"
Skellingtons are great. |

| Goodness, how pretentious some people are. It's just not good enough unless its some pile of piss depressing rant about self harm. Poetry is an expression of self and just because Xen isn't expressing a dreary heard-it-all-before piece of shit using cliched imagery and instead chooses to express her happier, lighhearted tongue in cheek self doesn't make it less valid.
And Toffeemilkshake, I wouldn't go sniggering at others when your own 'talent' doesn't even extend to forming a simple clause containing 7 lexical items correctly.
Xen - I liked your poem, it was fun and happy, it made me giggle. It invoked emotion, so you obviously do have talent. No less just because it wasn't a negative emotion. | |
