This time though, they’re actually expecting non-design industry consumers to pay over a hundred dollars for a colour swatch. I wonder whether they’ve sold any?

| Re: Pantone lose the plot i should think that a free color swatch from dulux would satisfy most shoppers' needs in that department
will it occur to consumers for example that looking at the swatches in their kitchen under a strip light will be meaningless by reference to looking at the cushions they subsequently buy, in their living room, under tungsten light

| Re: Pantone lose the plot It seems I overreacted. They're not expecting anyone to pay over a hundred dollars for that ‘consumer–level’ specifier. Only twenty. Their poor UI design led me astray. They highlight an ‘also recommended’ product and it’s price, rather than highlighting the one you are actually looking at.
