Avatar Images

Can anyone who is familiar with animated gifs possibly resize either of these images so i can use it as my avatar here, please? I can do some things with PhotoShop, but animated gifs still elude me

Any help would be appreciated

I tried.

Couldnt get te one less than 14 k without it looking dreadful, gifs are a pain in the arse.

They look ok to me I knew i'd have to lose something somewhere on them, the files were silly sizes for avatars to begin with

Only thing is now, when i try to *use* either of them as an avatar, it tells me its an invalid file (i'm just right clicking, copying image location, then putting that in the box it asks for url of avatar when i get that message)
