It’s not advisable though, unless the fonts are your own creations (or freeware). Generating your own PC versions is essentially the same as pirating copies of the PC versions—you only bought a license for the Mac version in the first place.
You’d be surprised how cheaply you can buy legal copies of most fonts, so long as you just purchase the one weight that you need instead of the whole family. You can usually get single weights for between 20 and 40 quid, which is easily charged out as a cost to your client—leaving you to keep the font for future use for nada, zip and nothing.
