Exporting LiveJournal blogs

Anyone know of an easier way to export it than using the LJ export tool that does it one month at a time?

most of the 3rd party scripts I could find extracted it a post at a time. The script that marc found did that as well though I'm led to believe its supposed to do the whole LJ in one file.

Managed to find my old moveable type export files to get me up to July 2007 so only had to export 12 months worth of posts rather than 4-5 years worth. Not ideal but a hell of a lot more manageable.
