Seemed pointless doing proper cooking for just one person, and whenever I *did* I'd always make two portions, planning to save one for the next day. Of course, it just ended up as an evening snack instead. |

| Re: Get in shape for Christmas... I'm gonna start jogging. I've got a bike, but getting ready for cycling at 6.30 and hauling my bike down the stairs doesn't appeal.
If I get up about 6.30, go for a 20 minute run I'll be laughing I reckon.
I ain't put on weight, but I know my cardio has gone to shit. |

| Re: Get in shape for Christmas... I've been unable to go to the gym for a few weeks, and It'll be another 2 or 3 weeks before I'm fit enough to go back, so I feel like a blimp at the moment.
Being stuck in the house most of the day doesn't do wonders for one's fitness. |

I'm 2 stone over my pre pregnancy weight and another half stone to a stone from there to what I'd like to be. I'm really terrified that I'm going to finish this pregnancy and be a size 20. | |

| Re: Get in shape for Christmas... Aquafit for mums! A few of my mum's friends did that while pregnant and it helped keep them trim, your local pool probably has a class. If not, I'm sure it's the sort of thing your surgery would know

Scottish slimmers does a special helathy eating plan for pregnant ladies. theres a girl on the SS boards who is pregannt and losing around 1lb a week - obviously thisonly works up to a point, but they have a plan that will provide enough nutrition for you and baba3.
