I never feel the effects of coffee either. I drink 3 cups of coffee & 1 cup of tea on a normal day and I never drink fizzy juice, only water. Have often wondered what it'd be like cutting out caffeine but it doesn't cause me any obvious problems so I haven't attempted to do so yet. |

| Re: Better living through chemistry A lot of multivitamins, espeically in tablet form can't be absorbed quickly enough so you basically just pee them out (so I was told by my GP).
However, I hate having a cold and I can't afford to take any time off work or not be on the ball at work-so i'll try anything |

| Re: Better living through chemistry ...i wonder now if i shoud be putting more chemicals into my body of what it needs...
I have iron tablets for when im feeling kinda weak or light-headed; thought for a hwile may have been anaemic like my mum - well, she's borderline now right enough. But nah, blood tests showed naff all. And no explanation for the nose-bleeds and dizzy spellls, other than being tall! And i have low blood pressure albeit's still normal........
