also get a excersize routine together which'll include press ups, sit ups etc.
oh and take up swimming again as thats one of the few excersixes that you use your whole body rather than certain parts

| Re: The all new 2 Stone for Summer Challenge Im planning on just loads of fruit and veg.
Those mini tubs of extra light phili are fab for dunking stuff in, and hoummus and pitta breads are ace.
I want to go to the gym 3 or 4 times a week, and really push myself.
Nothing too strict because I just go off it! If I take a bit of cake, just not go overboard the rest of the day, basically. Kept me going through Christmas.

| Re: The all new 2 Stone for Summer Challenge I think I'm going to do my detox towards the end of January, give myself a couple of weeks to give up the fags first.
Then I'm going to rejoin the gym and start off with maybe 1 class a week and 1 day swimming (hopefully building it up over time), I want to cut out bread-type food from my diet and start eating a lot more fruit and vegetables. I'm not really looking to attain a specific weight although I think I'll weigh myself weekly to keep an eye on progress.
Hopefully by the summer I'll be a bit happier. |

This will actually be the first time in my life I've made a conscious effort to lose weight and get healthier. |

| Re: The all new 2 Stone for Summer Challenge I'm in for this - I started a few days ago am counting calories and exercising on home equipment. I'm hoping by springtime I will have lost some weight and would feel more confident going jogging or something outside too. |
