| Re: The all new 2 Stone for Summer Challenge I'd love to be able to lose a couple of stone - never seem to manage it though, and don't really know how to kickstart it, as I barely eat anything as it is, and run around the Catty like a mad person at least twice a week (that counts as exercise, doesn't it?). Anyone got any tips for me?
Although if I lose the weight, I'll have to buy loadsa new clothes and I won't fit into my PVC dresses anymore (the boys would cry)... |

Plus my work have just installed a state of the art gym which we can use after the pupils have gone home for the day

| Re: The all new 2 Stone for Summer Challenge I *so* cannot be arsed with this, this time round.
I've figured out that the periods I'm least worried about my weight / eating etc are the periods when I've got a whole lot of other stuff going on in my life... this past wee while I've been working lots and going out a fair bit, and all my lame food stresses have taken a backseat.
Still gonna try and get back into exercising, but scales-watching's gonna be a no-no. It just seems so totally futile now. |

| Re: The all new 2 Stone for Summer Challenge it is a good idea.
even having things like keeping food diaries, swapping recipes and keeping in touch when you're having a fat day etc. helps.
if anyones interested in doing the slimming world diet and want to find out how the red and green days and the syns systems works you're very welcome to my book. i used to do it a few years ago and it does work, i just couldn't afford to keep going to the class so fell away from doing the diet.

It makes you think twice about eating a chocolate bar, because it gives you a bit of a guilt feeling. Thats certainly the way Ive felt about it anyway. |
