I've just started keeping a food diary (mainly because I don't have enough of a life to put my 2007 day-per-page diary to any other use). Hopefully I'll shock myself into eating well. |

| Re: The all new 2 Stone for Summer Challenge Hmmm, two stone is bit on the muchos muchos for me, but I do need to shift some holiday weight, my size 10s are a "little" tight (ahem, read that as, can barely haul my fat ass into them). Want to join the gym, but I'm way too skint for that sort of malarkey, so hopefully it'll be muay thai twice a week for me and motivating myself to go out running (as I want to train for a half marathon).
As for diet, I'm usually pretty healthy, but I had food poisoning over christmas, so I've spent the last week "making up for it" and apparently getting through a wedge of brie a day, your body weight in Celebrations and all the buffet snacks and petite fours actually make you put on weight! The food diary thing is such a good idea, just reading the posts made me think about what I garnished my healthy breakfast with (half a dozen celebrations) and its made me feel all guilty. |

if anyones interested in doing the slimming world diet and want to find out how the red and green days and the syns systems works you're very welcome to my book. i used to do it a few years ago and it does work, i just couldn't afford to keep going to the class so fell away from doing the diet. | Well, Im up for end of January?
Im free on Sundays till free, and Monday and Friday nights, till work cut down my shifts. Quote:

Anyone got any tips for me?
Although if I lose the weight, I'll have to buy loadsa new clothes and I won't fit into my PVC dresses anymore (the boys would cry)... | Hmmm. Thats odd. What are you eating? Ever mentioned to your doctor?

| Re: The all new 2 Stone for Summer Challenge End of the month sounds good as then that would fall in with my targets for the nurse too...
where do we think would be appropriate? As I think if we went to 13th note or somewhere, id be tempted to get spicy chips or something
I did a quick calculation last night and if I lose 2 lbs a week, by this time next year I could be nine stone
However, Im focusing on small targets at the moment. Depending on my finishing weight tomoro, My next target will be about 8-10 lbs. Get down to clear 16. |

We could go to ichiban or somewhere for dinner.
Failing that, coffee in costa or something?

| Re: The all new 2 Stone for Summer Challenge depending on how many people were up for it we could take it in turns between people's houses. But, ofcourse, then we would be faced with transport issues... |

| Re: The all new 2 Stone for Summer Challenge Lots of ppl here saying they are going to the gym, but I think its seriosly over rated, my mum lost weight by taking 2 or 3 40 min walks a day (way to go no gym membership). And if she couldnt get out the house she'd just jog on the spotm for 20 mins, or fidget a lot - fidgetting like bouncing your feet and hands is a nice little trick.

| Re: The all new 2 Stone for Summer Challenge I think I've failed already. I was determined to go to the shop and buy something healthy, ended up going "Well, haven't actually eaten anything all day, I'm sure that I can have that Galaxy bar instead".
Goddamnit, why did they have to make chocolate so nice. All I want is to be a size 6 again, is that too much to ask? |
