I dont know if its because of what im eating though, but even though I'm quite obviously losing weight, I dont feel like im losing weight. If anything, I feel like a fat pie all the time because im not used to eating this type of food.
Anyone else here done Atkins and felt like that? |
Yeah, first weeks a bit mental.
Sugar free jelly is your friend btw, and olives with anchovies in em.
I miss full fat mayo.

On the flip side it also a good incentive to avoid putting weight back on again.
PS you weigh the same as me huh? fatty!

PS you weigh the same as me huh? fatty! | /nod - the other irritation is I keep gaining weight as I'm putting on more muscle than I've had in my life (doing a lot of physical work and y'need something a bit extra anyways to toss around pretty girls)...the serious downfall is all my happy gaming shirts. They've all gone a bit triangle shaped (thin up top, stretched around the waist) and now I'm going reverse triangle (thin around the waist, big beefy arms and shoulders) so my poor shirts are just screwed. |

Have officially lost a stone since moving down here but really over the last 2-3 months. Want to lose about half a stone more if that. Still annoying how some size 12's wont fit me though Nood to lose more around my thighs and hips |

| Re: The all new 2 Stone for Summer Challenge Am I the only person trying to gain weight? I lost almost a stone in two weeks after walking over 300 miles in a 40 degree heat. As well as the running of the bulls at Cedar Point and Kings Island (you would have to be 'one of us' to get that). Now my jeans dont fit, I would rather put weight back on, than buy smaller ones.

I think I've started gaining again but it's only been about 2-3 pounds over the past 6 weeks, so I'm not that bothered. I'm currently reading the Skinny Bitch diet though, I reckon I'm gonna give the whole vegan thing a try again. I'm not actually wanting to lose more, it's just pretty rank that my diet nowadays primarily consists of Hula Hoops, chips and cheese, and Subways. (Actually it's not rank, it's fucking amazing, but yknow...) |

| Re: The all new 2 Stone for Summer Challenge Ive not been doing that well lately, sitting on my arse hasnt helped obviously but I havent actually been putting on weight, just not losing it at a decent rate.
Today I went out and bought size 14 jeans which is a major improvment seeing as this time last year I was a size 20. Quite proud
