| Berocca... Anyone ever used this? It's been recommended as a hangover cure and an alternative to caffeine supplements such as pro plus etc. Anyone on here tried it? I'm intrigued.

| Re: Berocca... 'Berocca is a high dose formulation of B and C vitamins with other essential minerals. These key nutrients work in synergy to help those with hectic lifestyles perform at their best and get the most out of the day ahead. Berocca is free from artificial stimulants, so offers a healthy way to stay sharp.'
Sounds worth a try!

| Re: Berocca... Guy I used to work (and drink heavily) with swears by it. Never tried it myself but judging by his colossal booze intake & remerkable powers of next day recovery I'd say it's well worth a shot.

| Re: Berocca... I've just started taking this. Not for a hangover cure but just generally to make me more with it.
I expect dramatic results |

| Re: Berocca... It didn't take long really before I realised I wasn't getting tired during the day anymore. Maybe after only the 2nd or 3rd time I took it, and I think I'd been taking it about 7-10 times before I experienced my first non-hangover after a drinking session. (That was the first time I'd gotten drunk whilst taking it, so it may work sooner)
It's part of my daily lifestyle now and keeps me perked up through lunch time. |

| Re: Berocca... I was tricked into sooking one instead of dissolving it in water - orange tongue a go-go. I've personally not noticed any real effects but I've not really used them much. |

Apparently this is a problem if you ever want to eat a lion's liver as it has huge amounts of vitamin A.
