I'm having a nightmare with my skin right now too but I think mine is hormonal. Strip back to basics with your skincare, avoid most skincare products as they'll irritate you and go to sleep with loads of moisturiser on. E45 is a good recommendation, I'd also look into oil of olay's cleanser and moisturiser.

Also, I can't remember who it was that recommended diprobase but iirc you need to get that prescribed. Aqueous cream is similar, not as thick but it's so bland that your skin will lap it up and you can get it pretty cheaply in Boots.

Cool I shall make a trip to my local Boots tomorrow. As I've posted elsewhere I've been using Lush cleanser and moisturiser but have been told it's just as bad as other stuff for my skin. I'm going on holiday in 2 weeks and would like to have it cleared up before then
