| Already??! i just bought 2 new facial cleansers today. used one of them about an hour ago and my face is itchy already. its beyond a joke. i just cannot find a cleanser/facewash that doesnt irritate my skin (hence why i bought 2 different ones).
does anyone have any suggestions. i have tried just about everything.
im allergic to Simple stuff (eh, whit?), Clean and Clear kills my face, Clinique gave me an awful reaction under my eyes, boots own cleanser and toner made my jaw really itchy, Lush Baby Face was brilliant for all of a week, then just made my face itch all over, Dove cleansing bar was awful from the start, those mad wee 2 sided pads (garnier, nutrogina, something like that) were great for a week, then my skin hated them. now today i tried Witch cleansing liquid and my face is all itchy. its starting to really get me down...

| Re: Already??! Have you been to a dermatologist? Probably a totally silly question..but my sister is the same and had to get special medicated cleansers and that. Her skin is just that sensitive. She'd have things work for a week then mess up her skin.
That's all I can suggest. Only wipes I've found to work are Simple ones..and the only wash I can use is the o2 one from Avon. :/

| Re: Already??! You poor wee soul Fenn. I suggest maybe a dermatologist or maybe some sort of homeopathic shop thingy like Napiers or somewhere like that so you could get something natural?

| Re: Already??! an oil cleanser is a cream cleanser rather than a lotion, or Vonnie might be referring to the Oil Cleansing Method (which is the thing I've been going on about how great it is recently). If you are wanting to give it a go I can find some info to get you started.
Also I know where Napiers is Fenn its just up from where I used to work so if you're wanting to go I'll take you. |

| Re: Already??! I'd recommend Boots expert instant soothing range. I used their facial wash and found it pretty good for dry skin. It's cheap and I found it effective at getting rid of the tightness that I usually got from most facial washes and also didn't leave that horrible greasiness that can sometimes attend cream cleansers. |
