Nytol (And lack of sleep).

I've found since losing so much weight over the last 6 months or so I can't drink like I used to. At a mate's bachelor party last week I was sloshed 4-5 drinks in. I'm almost terrified to come home considering I know the state you buggers'll have me in.

I take nytol all the time and I've never had a problem with my heartbeat...Its supposed to be for short term use only. I think I've just got kinda used to it, I can sleep properly without it but it takes me longer and i'm normally running on a bit of a schedule, so I don't really have time to arse around in bed for half an hour waiting to sleep...

Herbal nytol is DISGUSTING, god, it smells so bad. I've tried boots and tesco herbal stuff as well, naff.com.

I use Natrasleep pills, they smell rancid but they do the trick.
