I think it would depend on how much I liked the person and just how much surgery they had had done - Bride of Wildenstein levels of surgery are scary!
I would have serious concerns about someone who'd had major amounts of work done as well, but mainly because their self-image and self-esteem must be appalling, and I like to be the only neurotic in my relationships!

I don’t see how it’s any different to piercings or tattoos. If somebody wants to change their body, that’s fine by me.
