i dont really have recent photies but everyones telling me ive lost a bit of weight.
thing is i dont notice it if im 17st one month and 16 the next i dont notice ive lost any weight at all.
(saying that when taking a note of oneself just now, i can tell i am slimmer than what i was 4 months ago.)
but ofcourse im still a fat albeit sexy bastard. |

I've been cycling six kilometres (work and back) a weekday, eating nothing but fruit for breakfast and lunch and a 'sensible' dinner for a week (well, weekdays) and two days and I'm still a fat twat.

And aye, still have my curves, still want to lose more/tone up but my chebs are still the same size I think....might have shrunk slightly
