Go for a walk when it's dark out, come home to a cup of horlics then have a bath before going to bed. Works a treat on me.

My insomnia's back too.
Nothing works for me, other than being ragin' that I can't sleep for days on end.
Therefore any advice would be invalid from me, sorry :-/

There’s this spray i buy out of the avon that you put on your pillow that smells of lavender works a treat.
