I'm 8st 12lbs again, could be worse considering my indulgence over Christmas but I still feel pretty bloated. Once again, I'm not fussed about losing weight, I just wanna tone up a bit. Although the breakup hasn't affected my appetite, it frees up a lot of my time and has encouraged me to make some other changes, so I'm gonna dig out the old exercise DVDs.
And well done to Purplerose and Sazzarella, a 2stone loss is an amazing achievement. |

| Re: Let's get in shape by Xmas 2007! I'm gonna so do this properly starting tomorrow. Just feel fat and misshapen (12's will fit me in some shops but not in others etc) and want to tone up/get fit. Plan to go to the gym 3 times a week for 1/2 an hour workout and then a swim afterwards. I'm crap with how to eat healthily so might buy some random guff diet book (basically I want someone to tell me exactly what to buy ad what to make each day) OR might even stump up the cheap money for some online diet thing like tesco diets/closer. Want to get down to 10 stone or under. Mainly my bum and thighs and lovehandles on my hips bothering me at the moment |

Managed a couple of fitness DVDs these past few days, forgot how satisfying exercise can be. Been mostly okay at avoiding the stodge as well. 8st 8lbs today. |

| Re: Let's get in shape by Xmas 2007! I've lost around 3 lbs OR 1.4kg in the last week. Quite chuffed bout that. Been forcing myself to go to the gym lots and might even go to some classes this week since I have the free time available. Hungry all the time though (eating well) but resisiting silly snacks. Also, WHY did I buy 2 tubs of Ben and Jerrys Ice Cream before I started my diet? |

| Re: Let's get in shape by Xmas 2007! Huh...? Unless you've dramatically ballooned (by 2st or thereabouts) since the last set of pics you posted, there's no way you should be losing as much as 15lbs.
(I know, pot kettle black etc, but come on!) |

(I know, pot kettle black etc, but come on!) | 15lbs is a little unrealistic I'll admit!
But this time last year I was 7 stone 11. I'm now 9 stone 3... well until this morning when I weighed in at 8 stone 13. I'm only 5'3 and should be around 7-8 stone. When I was just under 8 stone I wanted to be about 4-5lbs lighter so that's what I'd like to be now. I wasn't even thin at 8 stone (and nor do I want to be scary thin) but this extra weight just doesn't suit me. The only plus is my boobs have grown slightly but it's not much use since I'm single anyway! I know though that the scales don't mean much, it's how I look - and I need to tone up. Vicky Binns is my inspiration:
The video looks awful though haha |

| Re: Let's get in shape by Xmas 2007! I think I might be done with all this weight loss melarky, having been able to comfortably wear clothes last night which I've not worn in years. I have zero idea what I weigh mind you, since I don't have scales.
