i crashed and slept right through...only to be awoken by my mate's car outside and him repeatedly chapping the door....

I assume you're on 3.75mg or possibly 7.5mg.

Id suggest trying to half your dose after a few nights as you'll feel better for it, i promise!

yeah, i was told to take it for a couple of nights then go on to maybe take it every second night. maybe halfing it would be better though, than nothing at all. makes more sense.

Having been there I can vouch for it being a pure mad hefty banging party ...sense my sarcasm.

It was funny trying to see you lot get on a train to go home though

but yes, zopiclone are EVIL, unless it's for something uber short term have a stress relief bath, go to the gym before bed, cut caffeine out your diet and avoid Zopiclone !
