I've a dropped a couple of stone over a year and and a bit. Not doing too much about it the now, but I plan to get a bit of exercise on the go, so hopefully that will do a bit of good  | |

i've gained 1/2 a kg in the last 2 years (up to 64.5). i don't think it's been fat, either. hmmm....maybe liver fat. maybe i grew, i haven't measured my height in yonks.
i wonder if hair weighs much, actually. mine's gotten pretty long

I've dropped half a stone since Christmas. I put on two over the course of last year so I need to get back down by avoiding the chinese downstairs.

In the past five years my weight has gone from 13.5 stone to 7st 10 back up to 8 1/2, which has been pretty consistently for about a year now. I reckon this is my ideal weight, any less and I look horrible round the face and any more the fear of becoming huge again kicks in.
I'm allll about the toning up now, although an hour and ten minutes in front of a fitness dvd actually nearly killed me last night. Scary how unfit I've become. Quote:
