i wonder if hair weighs much, actually. mine's gotten pretty long

| Re: 2 Stone for.... progress In the past five years my weight has gone from 13.5 stone to 7st 10 back up to 8 1/2, which has been pretty consistently for about a year now. I reckon this is my ideal weight, any less and I look horrible round the face and any more the fear of becoming huge again kicks in.
I'm allll about the toning up now, although an hour and ten minutes in front of a fitness dvd actually nearly killed me last night. Scary how unfit I've become. Quote:
