| 2 Stone for.... progress So has anyone actually managed to lose weight when the '2 stone for christmas/summer' threads were about?
I did not bad at the beginning of last year, lost about a stone and a half and dropped a dress size. Planning on trying to do the same this year. |

| Re: 2 Stone for.... progress I dropped 3 dress sizes over the course of about 7 months and have maintained my weight for over a year.
Am going to attempt to lose a little more but I'm not terribly fussed about it. |

| Re: 2 Stone for.... progress Lost about 4 1/2 stone between September 06 and Sep 07 and maintained the same weight ever since. (Went from about 17st down to between 12 1/2 - 13)
Goal for this year is to drop another 1-2 stone to around 11 - 11 1/2 |

| Re: 2 Stone for.... progress This time three years ago I was around 9st 10lbs, earlier this year I got down to 8st 3lbs, but I'm now 8st 8lbs.
So no, I've failed miserably, but I think I'd look a tad ropey at 7st 10lbs.
And although the weightloss took ages, I think it's better like that. I don't seem to gain weight as easily as I used to, takeaways four times a week haven't had the impact they should've.
Well done on the big losses btw. (Y) |

| Re: 2 Stone for.... progress I was 76kg when I first moved here, dumping etc caused that to go down to around 66kg and then it crept slowly up to around 69/70kg. Now down to 68.2kg ish so have lost 1 and a bit kg in a week and a bit (almost 2 weeks) and have been going to the gym more. Would like to get down to 10 stone but I doubt it'll happen....i'll have so much willpower and stamina for the first 3 weeks maybe then go downhill and eat shite and put on weight again and get depressed
